Today on Buckmaster– Director of the Tucson Department of Transportation Jim Glock calls in to discuss current Tucson road projects. Next, Bill Carnegie of the Tucson Food Bank calls in an update on the organization’s push for donations. Following that, Maryn McKenna, acclaimed science journalist and author, calls in to discuss the drug-resistant staph and her new book SUPERBUG: The Fatal Menace of MRSA.  To close out the show, T.U.S.D. Clerk Judy Burns sits down to talk about the school closures resulting from the record low temperatures and the continuing ethnic studies saga.
