I am a fervid supporter of TIA, but we went to the Bay Area for Easter and flew out of PHX. For an extra hour of my time I avoid United and its inadequate service and take AA into SFO. Keep pushing TIA. I avoid PHX like the plague and only fly out of there as a last resort. But some times that is exactly what it is.
